If so, Sailrite has an exciting opportunity for you! Our innovative and rapidly growing company is seeking a talented Videographer to join our creative team. As a key player, you will be at the forefront of producing high-quality and engaging video content tailored for YouTube and various social media platforms. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a passion for staying ahead of the latest trends in digital media, we want to hear from you! Let your creativity shine as you contribute to our brand's online presence and make a lasting impact in the world of digital content creation.

This is a full-time, on-site position. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Videographer/Content Creator Responsibilities

  • Shoot videos for YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, and other emerging platforms.
  • Create and edit instructional and product videos.
  • Assist with all stages of video production from concept (storyboarding/scripting) through post-production and delivery.
  • Edit audio and music with proper timing and rhythm.
  • Monitor video trends for marketing, social media, and product demonstrations.
  • Archive all external video content, including raw footage and completed product.
  • Upload completed videos to the appropriate channels.
  • Cooperate with others inside and outside of the department.  
  • Share information and openly express ideas to solve problems, foster innovation, and achieve win-win solutions.
  • Consistently model the following attributes: is trustworthy, intently listens, willingly helps others, and communicates in a straightforward, honest manner.
  • Potential to be on camera doing DIY or providing product demonstrations.
  • Completes all tasks within expected deadlines.
  • Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

 Videographer/Content Creator Job Qualifications

  • Must have 2+ years of experience in video filming and editing.
  • Must have strong technical expertise with digital cameras, lighting, and audio/video equipment.
  • Must be able to demonstrate proficiency with Premiere Pro or Davinci Resolve and After Effects/Fusion.
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of current video production techniques and script development.
  • Must have an understanding of the various social platforms.
