About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Creator Manager with a passion for the YouTube ecosystem and a proven track record managing YouTube-first creators.
This role is responsible for managing and growing a roster of creators by developing long-term business strategies, securing brand partnerships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and acting as the primary advocate for each creator. You'll work closely with our Creator Growth, Business Affairs, and Marketing teams to maximize creator success.
The ideal candidate understands the unique business model of YouTube creators, including long-form content, audience growth, CPM dynamics, sponsorship integrations, product launches, and diversified revenue streams.
Core Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a roster of YouTube creators, acting as their primary business partner.
  • Secure and negotiate brand partnerships that maximize creator value while building long-term brand relationships.
  • Develop annual business plans and revenue strategies for each creator.
  • Identify opportunities across sponsorships, YouTube integrations, affiliate marketing, merchandise, products, memberships, live events, and licensing.
  • Advise creators on channel growth strategies, content positioning, audience monetization, and business expansion.
  • Build strong relationships with brands, agencies, YouTube representatives, and industry partners.
  • Consistently achieve individual revenue and gross booking targets.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional creator service throughout every campaign.
  • Stay current on YouTube platform trends, monetization changes, and creator economy developments.
  • Contribute positively to the collaborative culture of TSS while sharing best practices with teammates.
Experience
Required
  • 2+ years managing creators, influencers, or digital talent.
  • Demonstrated experience managing YouTube-first creators.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a history of closing brand partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship management skills.

Nice to Have
  • Existing relationships with brands and agencies buying YouTube campaigns.
  • Knowledge of YouTube analytics, CPMs, audience strategy, and monetization.
