Consulting & Training Delivery
  • Deliver project-based support and tailored training to accelerate customer adoption and maximize satisfaction

Post-Sales Technical Support

Responsibilities
  • Experience as an MEP Implementation Consultant, BIM Consultant (MEP or AEC), Technical Consultant, or similar role within the AEC/BIM industry (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Architecture, or Engineering)
  • Experience delivering training, consulting, and post-sales support for software solutions across MEP and/or AEC environments
  • Strong operational expertise in Autodesk Revit (MEP and/or Architecture/Engineering disciplines) within real project environments
  • Experience supporting customers in the adoption, optimization, and standardization of BIM workflows, including both MEP-focused and broader AEC use cases
  • Experience working in interdisciplinary environments, collaborating across MEP, architectural, and engineering teams
  • Exposure to pre-sales activities (product demos, technical presentations, workflow reviews) is highly valued
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken;
  • Spanish proficiency is a strong advantage (nice to have)
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of BIM methodologies, coordination workflows, and modeling standards across MEP and AEC domains
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP and/or Architecture/Engineering modules)
  • Solid technical knowledge in MEP engineering (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and/or broader AEC disciplines
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and workflow optimization skills
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Architecture, or a related AEC field
  • Autodesk, BIM, or Revit certifications are highly valued
