Content Marketing Manager

Location: Richmond, VA (On-site)

MARKETview Education Partners is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join our Corporate Marketing team to create, coordinate, and improve high-quality marketing content across multiple channels. This role will support the development of presentations, social content, case studies, sales sheets, email content, product marketing materials, and other marketing assets that engage prospective and current partners throughout the funnel.

The Content Marketing Manager will work closely with MARKETview leadership, Business Development, and Corporate Marketing team members to translate ideas, market insights, and partner needs into clear, compelling content. This role is ideal for a strong visual communicator and organized content marketer who can manage multiple projects, collaborate across teams, and help ensure MARKETview's messaging remains consistent, useful, and aligned with business goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Development & Execution
  • Support the planning and execution of content initiatives that support demand generation and sales pipeline goals.
  • Design marketing materials that communicate MARKETview's value proposition clearly and effectively.
  • Manage multiple content projects at once, balancing deadlines, stakeholder needs, and available resources.
  • Develop thought leadership content, webinars, conference presentations, and event materials.
  • Coordinate the design, production, and distribution of mass marketing including campaign set up and audience selection.
  • Ensure content is consistent with MARKETview's voice, messaging, and value proposition.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales to develop targeted content that supports lead generation, prospect nurturing, and deal acceleration.
  • Help gather feedback from Sales, Client Success, and MARKETview partners to identify useful content opportunities.
  • Support key content projects such as webinars, case studies, product guides, documentation, presentations, and related materials.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to translate complex ideas, data, and market context into clear, accessible content.
Content Performance & Optimization
  • Monitor and summarize content performance across relevant channels.
  • Use available analytics to identify opportunities to improve content reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Help maintain and optimize existing content to ensure it remains accurate, relevant, and effective.
  • Support ongoing improvements to content workflows, editorial planning, and distribution processes.
Minimum Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, design, communications, journalism, public relations, or equivalent working experience.
  • 24 years of experience creating marketing, communications, or content materials.
  • Experience developing content for multiple audiences and channels.
  • Ability to create clear, persuasive calls to action that support marketing and business goals.
  • Basic graphic design experience.
  • Good time management and organizational skills ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Working knowledge of AP style.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience shooting and editing video content, including interviews, partner testimonials, event promotions, webinar clips, and short-form social media videos.
  • Experience working in data-driven environments.
  • Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, Monday.com, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools.
  • Understanding of inbound marketing, content marketing, and marketing automation principles.
