Location: Sarasota, FL (Hybrid )

We're looking for a creative, organized, and tech-savvy Digital E-Commerce & AI Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has experience with Shopify, digital marketing, and e-commerce, and who is passionate about using AI to create, design, and work more efficiently.

You'll Be Working Alongside Our Team On

  • Maintaining and updating our Shopify store

  • Creating and updating product pages, collections, and landing pages

  • Executing our digital marketing calendar

  • Uploading new products and website content

  • Creating banners, graphics, videos, and other digital assets

  • Assisting with promotional launches and seasonal campaigns

  • Organizing and maintaining digital assets

  • Coordinating website updates with product launches and marketing campaigns

  • Testing website functionality and helping improve the customer experience

  • Working closely with our email marketing team to ensure website updates align with campaigns (email marketing is managed separately)

  • Researching, testing, and implementing new AI tools and workflows that improve creativity and efficiency

Qualifications

  • proficient in using AI tools for content creation, design, research, automation, and productivity, with a passion for staying ahead of emerging technologies
  • Experience working with Shopify

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and online customer experience

AI Experience (Required)

AI is a core part of this role. You should already use AI tools as part of your daily workflow to create content, design assets, edit images, generate videos, conduct research, automate repetitive tasks, and improve productivity.

Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Runway, Veo, or similar AI platforms is highly preferred.
