Pay: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, based on experience

TradeWorx Academy is seeking a warm, outgoing, and dependable person to help create a welcoming experience for our weekend workshop participants at our hands-on training center located inside Fair Oaks Mall.

  • Dependability, professionalism, and the ability to take initiative.
  • Comfort using a smartphone to capture clear, engaging photos and videos.
  • Good judgment when filming participants and active workshop demonstrations.

  • Availability to work weekends from 9:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.

Social media experience is not required, but is helpful. We are looking for someone who understands how to capture interesting moments, frame a good photo or video, and recognize content that people would enjoy seeing online.

Our Environment:

Workshops may include power tools, construction materials, instructor demonstrations, and periods of elevated activity and sound. Candidates should feel comfortable working in this type of energetic workshop setting.

A genuine interest in DIY, home improvement, power tools, construction, or the skilled trades is a definite plus. Familiarity with tools is helpful, but a willingness to learn is just as important.

This could be an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in gaining experience in front of house support, content creation, event support, DIY, or the skilled trades.

If you are personable, creative, dependable, and enjoy being part of an active learning environment, we would love to hear from you.
