Job description

Position Purpose:
The Web Content Assistant will manage the content, assets, and account requirements needed for the item set up process. This role will be responsible for product set up for national omni-channel retailers and ecommerce accounts, such as Amazon, Wayfair etc. Coordinate with Category managers, Sales, Direct to Consumer groups to proactively identify information required to fulfill each online retailer's product needs under tight timeframes. Must have the ability to work independently and trouble-shoot challenges for
online retailers as it relates to product information.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Primarily responsible for adding, editing and deleting approved digital content across key
ecommerce accounts
• Manage all phases of the item set up process that impact an online retailer's site
• Gather and review required product information from category management teams
• Work with online retailers through customer-specific portals to upload ecommerce content
• Develop in-depth knowledge specific to online retailer's specs and requirements for product
information (photography, product and copy specifications)
• Cross-reference information to insure data is accurate and formatted to retailer's specifications
• Ensure that account issues are being resolved with a sense of urgency

Qualifications:
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Google, MS Office: PowerPoint & Excel
• Strong analytical and communication skills with an emphasis on being conscientious and detail oriented
• Demonstrate ability to multi-task and prioritize work with minimal supervision in a team
environment
• Take accountability and deliver results to meet competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Good business judgment, resourcefulness, and a willingness to learn the ecommerce business
• At least 1 year of experience preferred in a corporate ecommerce environment
Education:
• BS/BA required- Major/Minor in business/marketing is preferred
Salary Range$45,000.00 to $50,000.00 per annum
