Position Summary

Hall of Frames is seeking a creative, organized, and self-driven Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to support digital marketing strategy, content execution, and channel performance across our consumer-facing platforms. We are specifically looking for a candidate who has experience working for a consumer brand, retail company, or product-based business and understands how to market products directly to consumers across multiple digital channels.

This role works closely with marketing leadership to help develop and execute digital content initiatives across social media, email marketing, website content, and related communication channels. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is comfortable contributing ideas, improving workflows, and helping strengthen overall marketing performance in a collaborative environment.

The Digital Marketing & Content Specialist will assist in planning, writing, scheduling, and deploying content across multiple channels while coordinating with internal teams, agency partners, vendors, creators, and other external resources supporting digital marketing efforts.

This position also supports website content quality control, digital content organization, and scalable communication strategies to help ensure consistency, effectiveness, and alignment across the Hall of Frames portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaign Support

● Support and contribute to digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, retail traffic, and sales initiatives.

● Collaborate with marketing leadership to help plan and execute campaigns across multiple digital channels.

● Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve digital communication, campaign performance, and customer experience.

● Help maintain a consistent and elevated brand voice across all consumer-facing communication platforms.

● Monitor digital marketing trends, customer behavior, and platform updates to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Social Media Management & Content Execution

● Assist in writing, scheduling, posting, and monitoring social media content across company platforms.
