Job description

WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Welder.

Responsibilities:

The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary by site.

  • Performs repairs and maintenance on front and read load, and roll-off containers, cuts/weld repairs to vehicle floors, bodies, packing blades, rails, fabrication.
  • Grinds metal parts after welding
  • Weld steel and aluminum components using Mig, Tig and arc welding equipment.
  • Bends steel components using a break ad shear.
  • Cuts steel using a plasma cutter or torch.
  • Fabricates steel components on trucks and containers.
  • Installs lids and wheels on containers.
  • Paints repaired and/or new containers.
  • Performs on-site repairs at customer locations.
  • Follows all safety policies and procedures.
  • Completes required paperwork.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management.

  • Lift, carry and push/pull at least 75 pounds.
  • Climb into and out of equipment.

Experience, Education, Certification:

Required:

  • Welding experience.
