Job description

Weinberger Disposal, a Waste Connections company, is looking to hire a Second Shift Welder in Phoenix, Arizona
2 Years of Welding experience required.
Pay:$23.00-$27.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Start Time: 1:00 PM (40-45 hours per week)
Now Offering a $5,000 stay on bonus!
MIG/Stick/Aluminum welding experience required.
Our priority is to make sure we hire welders that care about the safety of our drivers and the service provided to the community. As a welder with us the minimum responsibilities are:
  • Perform repairs and inspections, safety checks, diagnosis and repair containers/dumpsters and other equipment as needed.
  • Helping other team members with repairs as needed
  • Having professional and courteous interactions with our drivers when needed.
  • Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with corporate and OSHA standards.
  • Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

What we need from you:
  • Proficiency in a variety of welding techniques. (MIG/Stick)
  • Basic tool set
  • 2 years experience welding aluminum
