Position Summary:
Manages daily operations, including the staff. ย Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and budget parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

โ€ข ย  ย Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resourcesย 
โ€ข ย  ย Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority
โ€ข ย  ย Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget
โ€ข ย  ย Interface all on-site departments as required to resolve problems, ensure quality of construction, etc. in support of the overall project schedule.
โ€ข ย  ย Prepares project reports for management, client, or others
โ€ข ย  ย Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems
โ€ข ย  ย Coordinates project activities with Traylor personnel and joint venture partners
โ€ข ย  ย Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the project, including safety, performance, budget, scheduling, equipment management and qualityย 
โ€ข ย  ย Leads the project team
โ€ข ย  ย Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
โ€ข ย  ย Assume additional responsibilities as directed by division and corporate management. ย Travel as required to attend, but not limited to, meetings, site visits, training, etc. ย Ability to relocate as needed
