Position Summary:
Manages daily operations, including the staff. ย Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and budget parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities ย ย ย ย ย ย
โข ย ย Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resourcesย
โข ย ย Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority
โข ย ย Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget
โข ย ย Interface all on-site departments as required to resolve problems, ensure quality of construction, etc. in support of the overall project schedule.
โข ย ย Prepares project reports for management, client, or others
โข ย ย Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems
โข ย ย Coordinates project activities with Traylor personnel and joint venture partners
โข ย ย Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the project, including safety, performance, budget, scheduling, equipment management and qualityย
โข ย ย Leads the project team
โข ย ย Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
โข ย ย Assume additional responsibilities as directed by division and corporate management. ย Travel as required to attend, but not limited to, meetings, site visits, training, etc. ย Ability to relocate as needed

Education/Experience

โข ย ย At least 8 years of heavy civil construction experience required. Electrical-related field preferred.ย
