·        Help identify and document detention, demurrage, layover, chassis, storage, or other service-related exceptions for timely review and billing.

·        Respond professionally to driver and customer questions, resolve day-to-day service issues, and escalate significant concerns promptly.

·        Coordinate with Customer Service, Safety, Maintenance, Billing, and Operations to ensure reliable service and complete load documentation.

·        Participate in after-hours or on-call coverage as required by operational needs.

Required Qualifications

·        Prior transportation dispatch experience, including direct experience with port container or drayage operations.

·        Working knowledge of local and regional trucking operations in the Charleston market.

·        Clear written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset.

·        Ability to prioritize multiple time-sensitive assignments, solve problems quickly, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

·        High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in transportation, logistics, or supply chain is a plus.
