Position Summary
The Dispatcher / Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for keeping the daily schedule organized, bookable, and efficient. This role manages incoming calls, web leads, customer scheduling, crew assignments, route adjustments, and end-of-day readiness so that our crews can serve customers well and stay productive.
This person must be responsive, organized, calm under pressure, and focused on one core idea:
Always be available
That means answering calls, calling customers back quickly, keeping the schedule open for bookings, reducing crew dead time, and making sure every job has the information needed before the crew arrives.

Physical Requirements
This is primarily an office/dispatch role, but the employee may occasionally need to:
  • Walk around trucks or containers to check status.

Work Environment
This role works closely with the owner, crews, estimators, drivers, call center, and customers. The environment is fast-moving, and priorities can change quickly throughout the day. The right person will be able to stay calm, communicate clearly, and keep the day moving even when plans shift. This jjob can be conducted at home with occasional in-person meetings or truck inspections.
