We partner with high-end lifestyle, hospitality, beauty, and wellness brands, delivering sophisticated, aspirational marketing campaigns that drive engagement, visibility, and revenue growth.


We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager with agency experience to lead our luxury and lifestyle clients through integrated, data-driven marketing strategies. If you excel in client relations, project execution, and strategic marketing within the luxury space, this role is for you.

About the Role:


As an Account Manager, you’ll be the primary client liaison, ensuring seamless communication, execution, and performance optimization. You’ll work closely with content creators, designers, paid media teams, and strategists to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with affluent, high-net-worth audiences.


This role requires experience in the luxury space, with an understanding of prestige marketing, aspirational storytelling, and high-end consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:


Luxury Brand Management & Strategy

  • Serve as the main point of contact for high-end clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for luxury brands, including social media, paid ads, influencer partnerships, and content marketing.
  • Lead monthly and biweekly client meetings, presenting performance insights, strategic recommendations, and growth opportunities tailored to affluent audiences.


Project Execution & Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with content creators, designers, and paid media specialists to execute visually stunning, aspirational marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee content calendar development, campaign execution, and performance tracking across all client accounts.
  • Ensure all marketing deliverables are on-brand, high-quality, and aligned with the exclusive positioning of luxury brands.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize campaign performance and engagement.

Growth & Optimization

  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling services, increasing client retention, and expanding marketing initiatives within the luxury and lifestyle space


  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging luxury marketing tactics, and social media innovations.
  • Continuously optimize marketing strategies based on data, audience insights, and high-net-worth consumer behaviors.




Organization & Workflow Management


  • Maintain organized project tracking using Airtable, Slack, and Asana to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently for multiple high-end accounts.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in an account management role within a 360 marketing agency.
  • Proven experience working with luxury brands in hospitality, fashion, beauty, real estate, or lifestyle marketing.
  • Strong understanding of prestige marketing, aspirational storytelling, social media trends, digital advertising, and influencer partnerships.
  • Experience managing multiple high-profile client accounts and executing elevated, multi-platform marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into high-level, strategic insights for luxury clients.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Airtable, Slack, Google Workspace and Project management tools.
  • Deep understanding of affluent consumer behaviors, luxury brand positioning, and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) client engagement.
