Xpressdocs is seeking an Account Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing product and service support while ensuring a seamless experience from order placement through final delivery.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

In this position, you will:

  • Anticipate customer needs and build strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
  • Partner with clients using a strategic and consultative approach to understand business objectives and deliver effective solutions.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
  • Work independently and take initiative to ensure timely completion of daily responsibilities and project deliverables.
  • Clearly document, organize, and communicate client requirements, expectations, and project updates.
  • Successfully manage projects, service levels, and customer commitments from initiation through completion.
  • Recommend project scope, objectives, tasks, and execution strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and effectively communicate value-added features and benefits.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and communicate recommendations to Account Management teams.
  • Proactively resolve issues and provide timely communication to customers and internal support teams.
  • Deliver user training through webinars, virtual meetings, and other online learning platforms as needed.
  • Prepare accurate customer estimates, proposals, and follow-up communications.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service, Prepress, Production, Finishing, and Shipping teams to ensure seamless order execution.
  • Monitor production workflows and provide customers with updates to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.


You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in a similar environment.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the print industry.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and a self-motivated approach to work.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Experience and knowledge of marketing and sales processes.
  • The ability to successfully manage customer expectations while balancing production schedules and delivery commitments.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
  • Proficiency in operating computers, telephones, and standard office technology.
  • The ability to work effectively in an office environment, including remaining seated at a workstation for up to 80% of the workday.
  • The ability to stand and walk for up to 20% of the workday and move throughout all company departments, including production areas.
  • The ability to work comfortably in a traditional office setting, including enclosed workspaces or cubicles.
