Senior Building Enclosure Consultant (P.Eng / PE/RA)
Location: Portland OR

Join a high-performing consulting team where you’ll lead complex building enclosure projects spanning forensic investigations and new construction. This is a leadership role with full project ownership—from concept through delivery—offering the opportunity to shape technical solutions, mentor emerging talent, and grow client relationships.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead multidisciplinary projects, providing technical oversight, design guidance, and project management

  • Serve as the primary client contact, managing scope, budgets, and invoicing

  • Develop innovative, high-quality solutions across building enclosure systems and construction challenges

  • Support business development through client engagement, proposal development, and industry involvement

  • Mentor and coach junior staff while acting as a subject matter expert

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture

  • Licensed PE and Registered Architect (Oregon preferred)

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in building science and enclosure consulting

  • Strong expertise in building enclosure design, mechanical systems, construction practices, and building codes

  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
