Job description

Citi is looking for an Digital Travel Experience Product Management, VP to lead the design and delivery of AI-driven strategies that transform how customers discover, book, and engage with Citi Travel. In this role, you will define the AI roadmap for the Citi Travel ecosystem — spanning personalization, search, and post-booking servicing — while overseeing the strategic management of key digital assets across Citi-owned channels. Working in close partnership with Digital and Technology teams, you will shape the future of a high-impact travel platform used by millions of Citi customers.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and delivery of AI-centric strategies for the Citi Travel ecosystem, driving measurable growth in customer engagement and platform adoption.
  • Define and execute an AI roadmap that enhances personalization, search, and customer servicing while streamlining the efficiency of back-end processes.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives in partnership with Digital and Technology teams, maintaining alignment with business priorities and project timelines.
  • Manage digital assets for Citi Travel across all Citi-owned channels, conducting A/B tests and identifying new customer discovery and access points to meet strategic goals.
  • Analyze Adobe Analytics data to monitor click and conversion performance, translating insights into actionable improvements across the digital experience.
  • Evaluate SEO performance and site traffic metrics to continuously improve site visibility, engagement, and conversion outcomes.
  • Ensure all AI and digital capabilities meet enterprise standards for risk, compliance, and governance before deployment.
  • Translate complex AI and digital strategies into clear executive presentations and recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field spanning AI strategy, digital product management, or travel and financial services.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects — coordinating diverse stakeholder groups to deliver against defined milestones and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities, applying sound judgment and critical thinking under pressure.
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to present complex technical and strategic concepts clearly to a range of audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain productive partnerships across business, technology, and functional teams to achieve shared outcomes.
  • Detail-oriented approach to identifying gaps and opportunities within existing processes, informed by prior experience and business knowledge.
