Job description

Role Summary
Anthropologie is searching for a Consumer Insights Analyst! We are expanding our Consumer Insights group and are seeking a motivated Analyst to join the team. As a vital part of the Insights & Analytics function, Consumer Insights is responsible for understanding the customer's voice, providing foundational knowledge about our customers, and ensuring we meet their evolving needs. This role is key to delivering high-quality, accurate, and timely analyses to drive brand growth and foster a culture of learning across all brands.
Role Responsibilities
  • Research Execution: Prepare and deploy customer insights surveys and research projects using platforms like Qualtrics, targeting direct participant feedback.
  • Project Support: Assist with major research initiatives, including Focus Groups and Brand Health tracking.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze customer response data to derive insights into online and retail customer behavior, covering product performance, shopping trends, and behavioral preferences.
  • Reporting & Presentation: Utilize tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and AI platforms to present clear, impactful findings, with guidance from the team.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor and communicate relevant industry trends and secondary research to the team.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Provide assistance with additional ad-hoc research requests as needed.

Role Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of previous research experience.
  • A Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in marketing, communications, statistics, psychology, or sociology is a plus.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in communication and marketing research.
  • Strong quantitative analysis abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Required experience in processing and analyzing data using the Google platform suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-starter with a commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
  • Preferred experience in leveraging AI platforms (such as Claude) for data analysis and visualization.
