The Director, Strategic Insights & Analytics serves as a strategic thought leader who transforms data, analytics, and market intelligence into actionable business recommendations for North America Operating Unit in the Coca-Cola company. This role independently leads complex analytical workstreams that inform strategic decisions, identify growth opportunities, and improve business performance.

The successful candidate combines strategic thinking, analytical rigor, business acumen, and strong communication skills to translate complex data and ambiguous business questions into clear insights and impactful recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Thinking & Insight Generation

  • Translate complex business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.

  • Connect insights across multiple data sources, business functions, and projects to identify opportunities, risks, and strategic implications.

  • Monitor market, consumer, customer, and competitive trends to inform business decisions.

  • Apply strategic thinking and scenario analysis to evaluate alternatives and support decision making.

Advanced Analytics & Performance Intelligence

  • Lead high-impact analyses focused on business performance, growth drivers, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.

  • Experience with syndicated data, consumer research, customer analytics, forecasting, and market intelligence tools.

  • Experience evaluating third-party data providers and analytical solutions.

  • Ability to leverage generative AI, AI-assisted coding, and advanced analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and similar technologies) to accelerate research, data analysis, insight generation, automation, and strategic decision-making.

  • Experience in consumer-packaged goods, retail, beverage, consulting, technology, or related industries.
