This role is part of the Enterprise Intelligence team within the Global Digital Network organization. As Senior Manager, Global Consumption & Purchase Analytics Intelligence, you will play a critical role in creating and delivering analytics solutions that provide actionable insights into consumer behavior, consumption patterns, and purchase decisions. You will work closely with marketing leaders, Human Insights, Marketing Performance, Categories and cross-functional stakeholders to drive data-informed strategies that enhance brand performance and accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities
Consumption and Purchase Analytics Creation and Delivery
  • Develop and deliver analytics solutions that provide insights into consumer behavior, consumption trends, and purchase patterns across global markets.

  • Create and maintain consumption and purchase performance reports, identifying key trends, insights, and actionable recommendations.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to translate data into meaningful insights that drive brand growth and consumer engagement across the consumption and purchase consumer journey.

  • Present analytics outcomes and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and category strategies.

  • Partner with the Enterprise Intelligence team to integrate insights into brand strategies and identify opportunities for scaled productization and process improvements.

Consumer Behavior and Market Insights
  • Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

  • Develop and manage research protocols and data product measurement systems to measure and optimize consumption and purchase patterns.

  • Leverage AI enabled advanced analytics tools and methodologies to uncover actionable insights that inform marketing and category strategies.

Support Purchase and Consumption Optimization
  • Embed consumer and market trends, competitive analysis, and purchase insights into analytics deliverables.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to identify opportunities for innovation and align analytics outcomes with consumption and purchase strategies.

  • Support the development and execution of initiatives to optimize consumer engagement and drive purchase behavior.

  • Develop and manage reporting systems and dashboards to diagnose performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

  • Leverage automation, AI, agentic, and advanced analytics tools to radically upscale the consumption and purchase intelligence insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Human Insights, Marketing Performance, Commercial, RGM and Global Category teams across Global and OU network to align consumption and purchase analytic insights with business objectives.

  • Contribute to the development of consumption and purchase enterprise intelligence protocols and knowledge sharing within intelligence community and cross-network for greater data fluency and intelligence utilization.

  • Actively participate in the consumption and purchase intelligence community of practice, sharing insights and best practices to foster engagement and growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Analytics Expertise: Proven ability to create and deliver advanced analytics solutions that drive business outcomes.

  • Data Storytelling: Ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.

  • Advanced Analytics: Proficiency in AI, automation, and advanced analytics tools to enhance consumption and purchase intelligence systems.

  • Consumer Behavior Analysis: Experience in analyzing consumer behavior, market trends, and purchase patterns to inform business strategies.

  • Research and Data Management: Experience in managing research projects, data sources, and reporting systems to drive actionable insights.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams across marketing, media, consumer research, and analytics disciplines.

  • Quantitative Skills: Ability to analyze data to identify patterns, opportunities, and gaps, integrating insights across disparate data sources.

Experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years of work experience in marketing, consumer research, analytics, or related disciplines.

  • Prior experience in two or more of the following areas:

  • Managing/fielding consumer research

  • Data management

  • Analytics and reporting for driving business decisions

  • Consumer behavior analysis

  • Brand/product management

  • Experience using AI enabled data reporting/visualization tools.

  • Experience in a global role is preferred but not required.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
