AVP, Consumer Pricing & Analytics

Enterprise Pricing Leadership | Consumer Portfolio

The Opportunity

The AVP, Consumer Pricing & Analytics is a senior leader shaping Safelite's Consumer pricing strategy to drive profitable growth. Partnering directly with VP, SVP, and EVP stakeholders, this role translates complex customer, market, and financial signals into clear decisions that influence enterprise outcomes.

This is 4 days a week onsite highvisibility role for an AVPlevel leader looking to expand enterprise impact, executive influence, and leadership scope.

1. Enterprise Pricing Strategy

  • Own the Consumer pricing strategy and multiyear roadmap across portfolio priorities, segmentation, offer architecture, and optimization.
  • Balance growth, conversion, and margin through valuebased and datadriven pricing decisions.
  • Champion continuous improvement and portfoliolevel performance discipline.

2. Executive Partnership & Influence

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to VP, SVP, and EVP leaders across Consumer and the enterprise.
  • Deliver crisp, executivelevel narratives that frame tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations.
  • Influence enterprise decisions with confidence, credibility, and analytical rigor.

3. Advanced Analytics & Decision Science

  • Lead pricing analytics, experimentation, and data science (elasticity, scenario modeling, testandlearn).
  • Ensure analytical rigor, insight quality, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Translate complex analysis into clear actions and performance visibility

4. Scalable Capabilities & Governance

  • Institutionalize pricing governance and controls in partnership with Legal, Finance, and Operations.
  • Lead pricing tools and technology strategy (build vs. buy), vendor partnerships, and adoption.
  • Strengthen execution discipline, compliance, and speed to decision at scale.

5. Leadership & Talent Development

  • Build and lead a highperforming team across pricing, analytics, and data science.
  • Coach leaders, strengthen succession, and set a high bar for accountability and impact.
  • Lead crossfunctional initiatives in a highly matrixed environment from concept to adoption.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in pricing, revenue management, strategy, and/or advanced analytics with demonstrated impact (consumer/B2C preferred).
  • Willing and able to work onsite 4-5 days per week in Columbus, OH
  • Proven leader of leaders with experience influencing VP/SVP stakeholders.
  • Enterprise pricing expertise (valuebased pricing, optimization, unit economics).
  • Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills.
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen; advanced Excel and BI tools required (SQL/Python/R a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
