Job description

Help automotive dealerships grow by bringing the full strength of JPMorganChase to their business. In this role, you will manage key client relationships, expand deposit and treasury solutions, and connect clients to lending and firmwide capabilities. You will work from home while staying close to the market through frequent dealership engagement. Job summary

As a Banker III in Chase Auto Dealer Commercial Services, you will manage an existing loan and deposit portfolio of automotive dealerships while deepening relationships and delivering thoughtful, risk-aware growth. You will work with us to expand deposit and treasury solutions, support financing needs, and connect clients to additional JPMorganChase products and specialists. You will operate in a work-from-home model while covering the Virginia market, with regular travel to meet clients and partners. You will join a team that values partnership, strong controls, and a client-first mindset.

Job responsibilities
  • Execute regional strategies and priorities to grow the business and support key initiatives
  • Manage an assigned portfolio to improve profitability and overall performance outcomes
  • Build and maintain relationships with dealership key decision makers, dealer groups, manufacturer partners, and existing clients
  • Prospect and expand commercial product adoption, with emphasis on deposit growth and treasury solutions
  • Leverage existing relationships to grow retail business and strengthen overall client penetration
  • Support private label and manufacturer floor plan goals across covered rooftops
  • Partner across Merchant Services, Investment Banking, Credit Card, Private Bank, and Consumer Bank to deliver firmwide value
  • Analyze and document sales effectiveness and results using key performance metrics
  • Serve as a subject matter expert by mentoring, leading, and training regional sales teammates as needed
  • Adhere to the firm's Code of Conduct and established controls and compliance requirements
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10 years of experience in commercial banking or business banking
  • Demonstrated knowledge of deposit and treasury products and solutions
  • Experience with asset-based lending, floor plan financing, commercial real estate lending, and acquisition financing
  • 10 years of proven relationship-building and influencing experience with the ability to establish credibility with senior client stakeholders
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to partner across lines of business and leverage internal resources to meet client needs
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory expectations and control frameworks
  • Ability to work from home effectively while covering an assigned market

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Master of Business Administration degree
  • Knowledge of consumer lending
  • Formal credit training
  • Experience in the automotive industry

THIS IS A WORK FROM HOME POSITION BUT WILL BE COVERING THE VIRGINIA MARKET. TRAVEL WILL BE 50-60%.
