Job Description-: As always with this client the Candidates will need to have a background in finance.  Also critical they have excellent English speaking skills, their clients are bankers.  Also “pedigree” is critical.  This translates to no “job hoppers”.  This is a client facing “consultant” role so polish and communication is critical.

What you will be doing: You will serve as a key technical advisor and product expert, working closely with sales, product, and implementation teams to provide tailored solutions for our digital banking clients. You will engage with financial institutions to understand their business needs, demonstrate product capabilities, and guide them through the solution adoption process.
 

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing clients, understanding their digital banking needs and challenges.
• Represent our Digital Banking Platform throughout the sales process by preparing and delivering practical demonstrations, presentations, and technical workshops reflective of client and prospect strategic goals and key business drivers for Digital Banking as it relates to the retail and business experience.
• Understand our Digital Banking Platform strategic direction and roadmap; present current and future functionality tied to business value; and communicate updates to the Sales and Digital Strategy Management teams.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide pre-sales technical expertise, including responding to RFPs/RFIs and conducting solution assessments.
• Collaborate with product management and development teams to relay customer feedback and influence future product enhancements.
• Assist in the implementation process by ensuring the proposed solutions align with client expectations and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at financial institutions.
• Stay up to date on digital banking trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies to provide thought leadership.
• Maintain Subject Matter Expertise (SME) specific to Business Banking, Payments, and back-office processes.
• Provide answers to questions about our Digital Banking Platform and strategy as they are presented by prospects, clients, and internal team members via a portal.
• Create and maintain up-to-date resources for others within the organization, including but not limited to PowerPoint 
presentations, recorded sales demonstrations, industry articles, and the interactive sales demo.
• Convey customer and prospect feedback specific to the Business Banking and Payments solutions, amongst other solutions, to the broader team through proactive and ongoing communication. In addition, be an advocate within the field to articulate the Platform’s strategic direction and priorities to deliver an outstanding financial institution and end user experience.

 Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in a Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales, or Business Analyst role within the digital banking or fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of digital banking platforms, core banking systems, APIs, and fintech integrations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Experience with cloud-based banking solutions, mobile banking, payments, and security best practices is a plus.
• Ability to convey authority and expertise to effectively work with prospects and clients in speaking about cash management operations including ACH/wires processing, cash flow forecasting, transaction management,  reconciliation, etc.
• Excellent and proven presentation skills for both onsite and virtual delivery
• Strong organizational, collaboration, and written/oral communication skills
