Job description

Program Manager (Hospitality)

Client Location: Chicago, IL

Type: 6+ month Contract

Note: This position is a hybrid role working in Chicago 3x weekly and remote 2x.


Responsibilities: This individual will manage large, complex programs spanning multiple IT and/or business departments. You will support the initiation, planning, execution, and finalizing of programs and/or projects according to deadlines and budget, which includes coordinating the efforts of team members, contractors, and third-party vendors.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 7+ years direct work experience in a project management capacity including all aspects from project initiation through execution and delivery.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired.
  • Experience with Hospitality.
  • Knowledge of Project Management Tools; Smartsheet preferred.
  • Agile delivery/project management-related experience on IT projects.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
