Strong-Bridge Envision Consulting (an HCL technologies company) is seeking an experienced Program Manager - Supply Chain to join our firm as a dedicated full-time employee. This is a Seattle based opportunity; relocation is not provided.
As a Program Manager - Supply Chain you would oversee the execution of projects at a client site. You will lead, direct, challenge, and motivate teams to ensure successful delivery of client projects/programs. You will work directly with key project and executive stakeholders throughout the entire project life cycle to ensure project/s success and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Work with Corporate Technology teams to deliver moderately complex to complex business systems projects for the Supply Chain business groups, specifically in domains of warehouse management, transportation and logistics.
  • Create comprehensive project plans including detailed project schedules, resource estimates and project work breakdowns.
  • Monitor task status and execution of tasks, update work estimates and incorporate new tasks.
  • Document quality requirements and create and monitor quality and project metrics.
  • Implement organizational change management activities.
  • Ensure completion of all steps required to obtain project funding and resource acquisition approval.
  • Determine project governance and decision-making structure.
  • Establish project roles and responsibilities and provide team members with clear direction.
  • Continuously monitor identification and management of issues and risks. Report on progress and management of issues/risks to VP level audience on a regular basis.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
  • 7 - 10 years of experience successfully delivering large scale technical projects or programs.
  • Experience in IT Project Management of Enterprise Systems projects e.g. Oracle, Oracle Transportation Management system (OTM), SAP, Dynamics, Siebel, Manhattan,
  • Experience in Supply Chain either in Business or IT, with specific focus on Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management System (TMS), and Third-Party Logistics (3PLs ).
  • Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience with either a Big 4 Consulting firm or a more specialized boutique consulting firm specializing in technology delivery of supply chain projects.
  • Bachelor's degree: MBA preferred.
  • Extensive experience and proficiency delivering solutions using SDLC and/or Agile methodologies and project/product lifecycle. Prefer PMP and Scrum certification. SAFe experience a plus.
  • Experience managing estimation creation and budget management.
  • Ability to work permanently in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
