PCG Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Healthcare Program Manager to lead a large-scale hospital revenue recovery and operational stabilization initiative. This role will oversee cross-functional technical and operational teams responsible for assessing, reconstructing, and restoring critical revenue cycle operations following a significant claims processing disruption.


Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison with hospital executive leadership.
  • Lead overall program delivery and execution.
  • Develop program roadmaps, governance, and project plans.
  • Coordinate technical, clinical, revenue cycle, and infrastructure workstreams.
  • Manage consulting partners, vendors, and project stakeholders.
  • Facilitate executive steering committee meetings.
  • Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
  • Oversee resource planning, budgets, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure a successful transition to stable, long-term operations.
Engagement Details
  • Project-Based W2 Consulting Position
  • Primarily Remote
  • Occasional onsite meetings in the Chicago metropolitan area as project needs require.
  • Several-month engagement with the potential for extension.
Requirements:
