What You'll Do

As our Practice Leader, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of a growing full arch dental practice while leading your team to deliver outstanding patient care and business results.

Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.

  • Foster a positive, accountable, and service-focused culture.

  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching and performance reviews.

  • Recruit, train, and retain exceptional team members.

  • Lead daily huddles and team meetings that drive alignment and accountability.

Patient Experience
  • Ensure every patient receives a five-star experience from their first phone call through treatment completion.

  • Resolve patient concerns with empathy, professionalism, and urgency.

  • Maintain a hospitality-first culture that exceeds patient expectations.

Sales & Business Growth
  • Support sales guide in the consultation process.

  • Monitor key performance metrics.

  • Partner with doctors and leadership to achieve monthly growth goals.

  • Support local marketing initiatives and referral relationship development.

Operations
  • Oversee daily practice operations and workflow efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

  • Use KPIs and reporting to identify opportunities and solve problems.

Financial Performance
  • Help manage time keeping, scheduling, and staffing.

  • Monitor expenses and practice profitability.

  • Assist with budgeting and financial performance.

  • Oversee inventory and operational efficiency.

  • Experience using KPIs to improve operational performance.

  • Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred
  • Dental office management experience.

  • Sales leadership or case acceptance experience.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
