Program Overview
The Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program delivers comprehensive enterprise IT infrastructure, WAN, cybersecurity, and associated services to the ARNG and its mission partners. The program supports more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 sites spanning 54 states and territories, enabling Title 10 and Title 32 missions, domestic emergency response operations, mobilization readiness, and classified SIPRNet operations.
Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
Task 5 - Training Support - ensures ARNG personnel and G6 organizational staff maintain the knowledge and proficiency required to effectively operate and utilize enterprise IT systems, products, and services delivered under the ENOCS Task Order ENOCS TOR_2_25....968788.pdf. This task area is responsible for enterprise training capability development and delivery, daily training environment operations, student account management, and the development of instructional media and training videos aligned with product releases and system updates across the ARNG enterprise.
Position Summary
ECS is seeking an Interactive Multimedia Specialist - Journeyman to support the ARNG ENOCS program by developing and updating interactive multimedia training components. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in creating digital modules, scenario simulations, and graphics that align with current system baselines and meet established training and accessibility standards. This position is integral to ensuring that multimedia products are effectively integrated and quality-controlled, enhancing the overall training experience for the Army National Guard.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and update interactive multimedia training components under senior direction.
  • Create digital modules, scenario simulations, and graphics for training purposes.
  • Support the implementation of storyboards and media integration.
  • Conduct quality control testing to ensure multimedia product standards.
  • Ensure multimedia products reflect current system baselines.
  • Maintain compliance with established training and accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance multimedia content delivery.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for multimedia content creation.
  • Integrate assessment elements into training modules.
  • Provide support for multimedia product updates and revisions.

Required Qualifications
  • Clearance: TS//SCI Eligible required
  • S. Citizenship required
  • Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) and Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degrees
  • Certified as PL-200 Power Platform Functional Consultant, PL-300 Power BI Data Analyst, and PL-400 Power Platform Developer
  • CompTIA Security+ certification
  • Over 26 years of experience in interactive multimedia development and SharePoint solutions
  • Extensive experience with Power Platform applications
  • Proven expertise in graphic design and web development
  • Demonstrated ability to create user-centered digital experiences and training materials for federal clients
