What your new challenge will look like
  • Serve as the executive sponsor and primary point of contact for key client engagements
  • Lead the delivery of large-scale, complex supply chain transformation projects (e.g., network design, inventory optimization, transportation strategy, intralogistics and production, etc.)
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations
  • Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to senior client stakeholders
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients
  • Lead proposal development, including solution design, pricing, and presentation
  • Build long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and account growth
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to position the firm's capabilities in the market
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of consultants, managers, and senior managers
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and career development support
  • Ensure effective resource planning and team utilization across projects
  • Support internal initiatives such as recruiting, training, and knowledge sharing
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business studies (ideally with a major in logistics/SCM) or industrial engineering
  • 10 years of professional experience in consulting (including logistics/SCM) or in one of our key industries (with a focus on SCM/logistics)
  • Expertise in areas such as network optimization, distribution strategy, transportation, and supply chain planning
  • Experience developing and managing relationships with clients and selling consulting projects.
  • Experience in cascading strategic targets and monitoring execution of goals to ensure objectives are being met.
  • Experience leading project teams and direct reports, including performance management and fostering employees' professional development.
  • High level of knowledge and expertise in supply chain management and logistics
  • High level of competence in the areas of systematic-analytical skills, process thinking, conceptual skills, creative thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Project management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with working in an international company and with international clients is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and BI tools such as Tableau Desktop or PowerBI
  • Knowledge of enterprise software is a plus
