As a Tax Intern on the Transfer Pricing team, you will analyze intercompany transactions and help address economic issues affecting multinational organizations. As a Tax Intern on the Transfer Pricing team, you will be responsible for supporting transfer pricing engagements and analyzing clients' intercompany cross-border transactions.

  • Conduct industry research on factors affecting client operations and profitability
  • Perform economic and financial analyses, including valuation modeling for companies and intangible property
  • Research comparable benchmarks and analyze financial statement data
  • Assist in drafting proposals, reports, presentations, and other client deliverables

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Summer or Fall 2028 pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in economics, finance, accounting, mathematics, international relations, or business
  • Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required)
  • You must reside within a commutable distance of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required. You can expect to co-locate on average 2-3 times a week with variations based on types of work/projects and client locations
  • Ability to attend all in person core programming sessions
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve  
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
  • The start date for this position will be in Summer 2027

Preferred:

  • 3.2 cumulative GPA preferred
  • Prior internship or work experience in economics, finance, accounting, tax, or transfer pricing
