The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing enterprise-scale programs involving GCP cloud technologies, AI/ML initiatives, and Tech Ops in complex operational environments. • Manage cross-functional programs involving multiple workstreams and external vendor partners
  • Oversee infrastructure operations, platform provisioning, and IT operations delivery
  • Execute budget tracking and AOP/financial management in a program context, including project forecasting and resource actualization
  • Implement program governance frameworks, handle RAID management, and deliver executive reporting
  • Drive agile delivery across multiple teams, acting as a strong advocate with hands-on experience in agile principles

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management leading complex, large-scale technology programs

  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills up to the C-suite level
  • Proficiency in program management tools: Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or equivalent
  • Proficiency in AI Tools: Claude or equivalent
  • Experience in the Retail domain is preferred/required
  • Bachelor's in Business Management or equivalent work experience.
