Salary: Target: $130k-$145k + uncapped bonus

Analysis Prime is looking to hire a full-time, remotePrincipal Consultant, Group Reporting.

Are you a skilled professional with 3+ years' experience leading consolidation solutions (SAP Group Reporting, BPC, or BCS)?

Have you designed and implemented financial solutions to support corporate close and group reporting?

Do you have excellent communication skills and the ability to drive business requirements gathering workshops, conference room pilots, and client discussions?

Do you have passion for, and hands-on familiarity with, the leading Corporate Close and Group Reporting tools in the market (such as SAP BPC, S/4HANA Finance, Group Reporting, Oracle HFM, OneStream, etc.)?

As a Principal Consultant, Group Reporting at Analysis Prime, you will be expected to:

  • Lead and consult within SAP Corporate Close and Group Reporting projects
  • Lead design and blueprinting sessions and act as a solution architect for S/4HANA Group Reporting Implementations
  • Lead configuration team and/or configure Group Reporting objects to meet clients business requirements for data acquisition, currency conversion, intercompany eliminations, consolidation of investments, and validations
  • Work closely with S/4HANA Consulting team members, especially the General Ledger team, to ensure that master and transactional data requirements are met for consolidation
  • Configure reporting rules, hierarchies, and build reports using the Fiori apps for Group Data Analysis, SAP Analytics Cloud, and/or Analysis for Office
  • Build and maintain reporting and planning content in SAP Analytics Cloud, including stories, dashboards, and live/import connections to S/4HANA Group Reporting
  • Develop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients
  • Assist the management and control of client engagements
  • Shape and deliver projects to exceed the expectations of our clients and internal quality criteria
  • Train, coach, and mentor a diverse team of professionals dedicated to providing top-level data-driven solutions to our clients
  • Travel occasionally as needed (<40%)

In addition to the above, qualified candidates will have:

  • At least seven years or more of experience with accounting and financial reporting systems (preferred experience includes: SAP software such as SAP Analytics Cloud, S/4HANA, etc) with at least 3 years of experience in Group Reporting, SAP SEM-BCS or SAP EC-CS
  • Demonstrated success in large-scale financial group reporting implementations
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, diverse, and highly reputed team of high-achievers and innovative thinkers
  • Advanced-level skill in Microsoft tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.
  • Preference may be given to candidates with relevant SAP Certifications in S/4HANA Finance, Group Reporting or SAC

What is the Salary?Target Base Salary is $130,000-$145,000 + uncapped target bonus and generous employee friendly benefits such as unlimited PTO. Target range exceptions may be made based on experience.
