Weare seeking a specialized candidate for the role of dermatologist. Theduties of a dermatologist include consulting with patients anddetermining skin ailments, prescribing medication, undertaking skintherapy treatment, or performing non-intrusive surgery and referringpatients to other specialists if the skin condition does not fallunder his/her medical skill set.
Additionally,dermatologists should be good listeners, attentive to the concerns ofpatients, excellent communicators, and skin health educators, andshould be proficient with dermatological tools for skin repair.
Dermatologist Responsibilities:
  • Offering skin consultations.
  • Evaluatingpatient skin conditions by screening for disease.
  • Utilizingpatient medical history as part of skin assessments.
  • Prescribingmedication for the treatment of skin conditions.
  • Performingnon-invasive surgical procedures on the skin.

Requirements
  • Medical Degreewith specialization in Dermatology.
  • Completion ofall three parts of the US Medical Licensing Exam.
  • Completion of a3-year dermatology residency.
  • Attainment of amedical license.
  • Proficiencywith dermatological tools such as Comedone Extractors, LancetExtractors, and Cryoguns.
  • Excellentwritten and verbal communication.
  • Goodinterpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in mathematics.
