Work Environment

You will be joining a supportive, remote work environment, allowing you the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from anywhere within Washington State. While primarily utilizing virtual tools, you'll have access to additional resources such as teletherapy platforms that facilitate connection with patients. Expect to engage in regular interdisciplinary meetings to stay in sync with other professionals involved in patient care, ensuring a cohesive treatment strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to a wide range of clients, addressing varying mental health needs with tailored interventions.
• Conduct thorough assessments of new clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to evaluate their histories and identify appropriate treatment options.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director in developing and enhancing program activities that foster a therapeutic environment.
• Participate in the credentialing committee, ensuring adherence to high standards of practice and care.
• Regularly attend interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment plans and collaborate effectively with psychiatric providers and fellow clinicians.
• Create and manage individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs, incorporating feedback to track progress.
• Document patient progress and therapeutic effectiveness using approved systems and methodologies, contributing to our continuous quality improvement processes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to the overall mission of the organization.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or a related field, with current licensure in the state of Washington (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).
• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience, particularly with children and families dealing with developmental differences.
• Strong grounding in multiple empirically supported treatment methodologies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and social constructionist approaches.
• A dedication to continuous improvement, utilizing client feedback to enhance treatment effectiveness and client experiences.
• An open-minded approach, eager to engage with diverse professional perspectives and collaborate with colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in remote settings, utilizing technology to engage with clients effectively.
• Familiarity with telehealth systems and documentation platforms relevant for remote mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience.
