Hybrid Preferred:1 day in the Binghamton, NY or Syracuse, NY office
OR Fully Remote: applicants residing in Eastern or Central Time Zones

About the Role:Manage an assignedbook of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business. Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues, and ensuring no errors or omissions.

Ideal CandidateQualifications:

  • 3-5 years of account management experience,or 5+ years in the insurance industry

  • Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs

  • Required active property & casualty (P&C) licensing; professional designation (CIC or equivalent) preferred

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Exceptional customer service,communication,multitasking, and organizational skills

  • Proficiencyin MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
