Rockland Sports Construction (RSC) is a specialized sports construction company focused exclusively on building, renovating, and maintaining high-performance racquet and athletic facilities throughout the Mid-Atlantic. From tennis and pickleball courts to full facility upgrades, we combine technical expertise, quality craftsmanship, and dependable execution to deliver projects that clubs, schools, and communities rely on. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for hardworking, team-oriented individuals who take pride in doing the job right and want to build a career in a fast-growing, hands-on industry.
Rockland Sports Construction is seeking reliable, hardworking Construction Laborers to join our growing team. Ideal candidates have hands-on construction experience and are dependable team players who take pride in their work.
We pay a competitive hourly rate of $20-$28 per hour based on experience.
Responsibilities
  • Perform demolition and site preparation work
  • Assist with sports court, turf, and hardscape installations
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Load/unload materials and maintain a clean jobsite
  • Follow safety procedures and work as part of a crew
Qualifications
  • Demolition experience preferred
  • Court construction, turf installation, or athletic facility experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites mandatory
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Available for overtime and occasional weekends
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-oriented attitude
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Experience operating skid steers, mini-excavators, rollers, or similar equipment preferred
  • CDL preferred plus

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
