Job description

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
  • Enforce quality control to the clients expectations
  • Maintain project schedule throughout varying circumstances and conditions
  • Must be willing to travel

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
  • Restaurant construction experience preferred
  • Familiarity with construction management software
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Must be familiar in all aspects of ground up, remodel and tenant fit out construction
  • Must be familiar in site work and utility work

Travel within midwest regions would be a plus
