Job description

We are seeking a hardworking, dependable General Construction Laborer to join our growing team. This position involves assisting with a variety of construction projects, including roofing repairs, siding installation, flooring, framing, additions, remodeling, demolition, and general labor tasks. The ideal candidate is willing to learn, works well with others, and is comfortable performing physical work in various weather conditions.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with roofing repairs and installations
  • Install and repair siding, trim, and exterior finishes
  • Assist with flooring installation, including LVP, laminate, hardwood, and tile
  • Help construct residential additions and remodeling projects
  • Perform demolition, framing, drywall, painting, and finish work as needed
  • Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow directions from supervisors and project managers
  • Complete other construction-related tasks as assigned


Qualifications

  • Construction experience preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of roofing, siding, flooring, framing, or remodeling is a plus
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
  • Comfortable working on ladders and roofs
  • Reliable transportation to job sites
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license preferred


Pay

$16 - $25+ per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
