Job description

LAKE CITY HOUSING AUTHORITY IS HIRING

The Lake City Housing Authority will receive bids for a contract Board Secretary. The Board Secretary is responsible for attending Board meetings with the main responsibility of the board minutes. The Board Secretary is also responsible for ensuring the Board meetings are advertised in the local newspaper, reminders to all Board members and notify all members of any special called Board meetings via email or phone. Once the Board meeting is adjourned, the Board Secretary will have 14 business days to transcribe the meeting minutes and present to the Executive Director to be placed in the board packets at the next regularly scheduled Board meeting. The Board Secretary is further responsible for any revisions and resubmission of Board minutes.
