Mark III is looking for carded Journeyman or carded 5th year Electrical Trainees.

We support projects from initial concept through long-term maintenance, with specialized expertise in healthcare, higher education, industrial, life science, and technology markets.

Our integratemented, big-picture approach allows us to self-perform electrical, HVAC, plumbing, process piping, prefabrication, and MEP design. By consolidating these services under one organization, clients benefit from reduced profit layers, minimized scope gaps, and simplified project schedules-working with a single, accountable partner rather than multiple consultants and subcontractors.

Headquartered in Sacramento, California, Mark III operates throughout California and Nevada. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility serves as a centralized hub supporting five core trades: HVAC, mechanical piping, plumbing, electrical, and metal-stud framing. Requirements

Mark III Construction, Inc. is seeking certified Electricians for immediate opportunities in the Sacramento Area. Applicants must have commercial experience, be currently licensed by the State of California, and be able to work with limited supervision.

Qualifications and Traits of a Mark III Journeyman:

  • Current State of California license - Active JW card required
  • Excellent knowledge of NEC
  • Experience working in a commercial setting
  • Able to work with little supervision
  • Dependable with reliable transportation
  • Must be able to read and understand construction documents and schedules
  • Understands the entire scope of the job
  • Able to manage portions of projects and be the "right hand" to the Foreman
  • Capable of forecasting tasks and materials
  • Must be knowledgeable of relevant codes and regulations
  • Capable of doing basic take offs
  • Able to prepare equipment and tool lists
  • Experience working on large complex projects
  • Ability to take initiative and be self sufficient
