Job description

At Guarantee Electrical Company, we believe great technology helps our teams Build Better. We're looking for a Construction Technology Support professional who enjoys working directly with field teams, solving problems, and helping employees make the most of the technology available to them.

This unique role combines technical expertise, customer service, and relationship building. You'll work directly with field employees and project teams, providing hands-on support at jobsites and offices while serving as a trusted partner for construction technology solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary technology support resource for field employees and project teams.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, application, and connectivity issues.
  • Deploy and configure laptops, mobile devices, and other technology solutions.
  • Assist with user setup, access management, and system support.
  • Train employees on company technology platforms and best practices.
  • Develop documentation and instructional materials.
  • Build strong relationships with project teams and provide ongoing technology guidance.
  • Travel regularly between jobsites and office locations to support operational needs.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 3+ years of experience in information technology, technical support, or a related field.
  • Experience deploying and supporting technology solutions.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfort working directly with employees in field and construction environments.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Previous construction industry or field technology experience preferred.
  • Experience with Viewpoint Vista, Viewpoint FieldTime, Bluebeam, DADO, Microsoft Teams, and FreshService is a plus.
