Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Construction Site Superintendent position.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction, including but not limited to apartment renovations and interior/exterior construction projects. Direct oversight of the apartment renovation process by coordinating scope of work and oversight of subcontractors to ensure satisfactory delivery of assigned capital improvement projects. Track progress against budget and performance milestones, prepare and deliver reports to management, as well as select, negotiate with, and manage activities of external consultants or vendors.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Minimum of five years' experience as construction supervisor or construction management
  • Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
  • Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements (OSHA)
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
