Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

FREQUENT TRAVEL REQUIRED: looking for someone who is willing to travel and stay at a location for several weeks at a time!!!

Job Responsibilities:

The Commercial Roofing Superintendent is responsible for:

  • Planning, organizing and overseeing the daily activities of multiple production crews.
  • Must designate material staging areas.
  • Must be able to oversee and train individuals in roofing system installation.
  • Must manager crew personnel scheduling and issues.
  • Must be responsibility for installing roofing systems with the highest degree of quality, in the safest and most cost effective manner.

Compensation: A qualified candidate will be offered a competitive base salary ($70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year) along with excellent benefits:

  • A structured bonus salary plan after 90 day performance evaluation
  • Health Insurance (Medical, Vision, Dental) and optional life insurance
  • Company vehicle and gas card

  • Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays

All offers will be made on a 90 day trial basis. After 90 days of work there will be a performance evaluation to determine whether or not you are a good fit for the position.

Requirements

What we look for in new team members:

  • 3-5 years minimum Construction Management (Superintendent) experience, 2-3 years' experience in Roofing Industry
  • Must speak English fluently, Spanish/Vietnamese a Plus!
  • Minimum High School Graduate or GED/College Preferred!
  • Must be familiar with multiple types of roofing installation and manufacturers.
