About the Role:
Join Multicon Services LLC as a Construction Superintendent and take the lead on exciting projects in Dallas Ft Worthย  area! We are looking for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering quality construction work.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily construction operations and ensure project timelines are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain workflow.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Manage project budgets and track expenses to minimize costs.
  • Provide clear communication with stakeholders regarding project progress and updates.
  • Resolve on-site conflicts and make decisions to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare and submit project daily reports and documentation as required.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in Multi- family framingย  or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
  • Be able to read Plan and use of Procore
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and reliable transportation.
