Job description

As our Superintendent, you will lead the daytoday operations on active job sites to deliver safe, highquality projects on schedule. In this role, you will direct daily activities, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, run site meetings, enforce safety and quality standards, and keep work moving efficiently in alignment with the project plan.
 
You will collaborate closely with project managers, foremen, trade partners, and inspectors to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and applicable codes. You'll maintain a clean, organized site; track progress; resolve field issues quickly; and communicate clearly with the project team to protect schedule, budget, and quality outcomes.
 
Experienced superintendents may lead multiple phases, mentor assistant superintendents, contribute to lookahead planning, and support continuous improvement in field execution and safety culture.
 
Successful superintendents in this role are handson leaders who prioritize safety, coordination, communication, and proactive problemsolving in a fastpaced construction environment.
