Luxury Custom Residential Construction

Salary: $75,000-$95,000 DOE


About the Opportunity

We're partnering with a growing luxury custom home builder seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support multiple high-end residential construction projects from preconstruction through completion.

This role goes well beyond administrative support. You'll play a key role in keeping projects organized, coordinating information between the office and field, managing project documentation, and helping ensure every project stays on track.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with residential or commercial construction experience who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and working on complex, detail-driven projects.


Responsibilities

  • Support multiple luxury residential construction projects simultaneously
  • Prepare and manage purchase orders and project documentation
  • Coordinate procurement and subcontractor agreements
  • Organize plans, specifications, selections, and revisions
  • Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and financial tracking
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams
  • Maintain project records and construction management systems
  • Participate in weekly project planning meetings
  • Assist with scheduling and project coordination
  • Visit jobsites regularly to support Superintendents and monitor project progress
  • Ensure field teams have the information they need to execute work efficiently
