Construction Site Laborer (Temporary Part-Time) - PASADENA, CA


We're looking for a dependable Construction Site Laborer to join our team on a temporary part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to gain experience in construction. For the right person, this position has the potential to become full-time.

Responsibilities

  • Assist experienced tradespeople with daily construction work.
  • Load, unload, move, and organize tools, materials, and equipment.
  • Keep the job site clean, safe, and organized.
  • Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying materials, digging, and debris removal.
  • Help prepare work areas and support material deliveries.
  • Use basic hand and power tools under supervision.
  • Follow directions from supervisors and crew leaders.
  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
  • Report unsafe conditions or damaged equipment.
  • Perform other duties as needed to help complete projects.


Qualifications
