Job Overview:

We are a detail-oriented, high-end remodeling firm seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to maintain clean, organized, and efficient job sites while assisting with material handling and logistics. This role is essential to keeping our projects running smoothly and upholding the premium standards our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of active construction sites

Remove debris, sweep, vacuum, and prepare spaces for the next phase of work

Safely transport tools, materials, and supplies between job sites, vendors, and storage areas

Assist craftsmen and project managers with job site setup and breakdown

Organize materials and ensure proper storage to prevent damage or loss

Perform basic labor tasks as needed to support the team

Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated

Ability to take direction and work independently

Construction or labor experience preferred but not required
