Construction Manager
Corporate Support | Oregon & Washington

Salary Range: $66,560-$90,000
Build More Than Restaurants. Build the Future.
At Team JCK, we believe great restaurants start long before the doors open.
We're looking for an experienced Construction Manager who can bring discipline, accountability, and visibility to our growing portfolio of restaurant development projects. This is an opportunity to build an in-house construction management function that directly influences how we grow across multiple brands.
If you thrive on managing complex projects, solving problems before they become crises, and working with talented people to bring new restaurants to life, we'd love to meet you.
About the Role
As our Construction Manager, you'll oversee the planning and execution of new restaurant builds, remodels, relocations, conversions, and major capital improvement projects across multiple brands and states.
You'll partner closely with Executive Leadership, Finance, Operations, Real Estate, Information Technology, Facilities, architects, contractors, landlords, and franchisors to ensure every project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and ready for successful operations.
This is a highly visible position that combines project management, financial oversight, relationship management, and strategic planning.
What You'll Do
You'll lead projects from concept through grand opening by:
  • Managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
  • Developing project schedules, budgets, and critical milestones
  • Coordinating contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and municipalities
  • Monitoring project budgets, cash flow, invoices, and change orders
  • Identifying risks early and driving solutions before they impact schedules
  • Providing executive-level reporting on timelines, budgets, and project status
  • Standardizing construction processes that support long-term company growth
  • Helping improve project efficiency, vendor performance, and capital investment decisions

What Success Looks Like
Successful candidates are people who:
  • Keep projects moving even when challenges arise
  • Hold vendors and partners accountable
  • Communicate clearly with executives and field leaders
  • Balance urgency with sound decision-making
  • Anticipate issues before they become problems
  • Take ownership from start to finish
  • Deliver projects that are on time, on budget, and operationally ready

What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who has:
  • 3-5+ years of construction project management experience
  • Experience with restaurant, retail, hospitality, or other multi-site development projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, permitting, budgeting, inspections, change orders, and project closeout
  • Experience working with contractors, architects, engineers, municipalities, landlords, and vendors
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

*Multi-unit restaurant or franchise experience is a strong plus.*
Travel
This role requires frequent travel throughout Oregon, Washington, and other company operating markets to support active construction projects and restaurant openings.
Why Team JCK?

  • Leadership - Taking initiative and owning results.
  • Service - Supporting others with care and commitment.
  • Teamwork - Working together toward shared success.
  • Kindness - Treating everyone with respect and empathy.
