Job description

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Construction Laborer to join our golf course construction team. This is a hands-on, outdoor position involving a variety of tasks related to golf course construction and renovation.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general labor associated with golf course construction
  • Assist with grading, drainage, irrigation, seeding, and other site work
  • Use hand and power tools safely
  • Assist equipment operators and other crew members as needed
  • Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials
  • Perform general jobsite cleanup and maintenance
  • Follow company and jobsite safety procedures
  • Perform other construction-related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Must be willing and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain, heat, cold, and other varying conditions
  • Must be able to perform physically demanding work throughout the workday
  • Must be able to lift and carry materials, tools, and equipment
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
  • Must be dependable and maintain reliable attendance
  • Must be willing to learn, take direction, and work as part of a crew
  • Construction, landscaping, excavation, or golf course construction experience is preferred, but not required
  • Valid driver's license preferred
