Quality Assurance Manager

Overview:

Seeking a Quality Assurance Manager with 5-10 years of experience in architecture, construction, building science, or building envelope consulting. This person will support project quality efforts from design through construction, helping ensure high-performing, durable buildings and strong QA/QC processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct project risk and constructability reviews.

Review design and construction documents for quality and coordination.

Support building envelope and enclosure quality throughout design and construction.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams.

Perform site visits and field quality inspections.

Assist with training, warranty management, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Research building products, materials, and construction methods.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

5-10 years of relevant industry experience.

Strong knowledge of construction documents, building systems, and QA/QC processes.

Experience reading plans and specifications.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and related software.
